TACTICAL Walkthrough V: 1.

0 written by: Packor for

Knightly Passions V: 1.21 Gold published on: F95zone.to August 19, 2024

This walkthrough is intended for use with the separate reference guide.

Foreword: While I was researching for this guide, I found out that I played this game really poorly. I
learnt a lot about the game, and optimized the %^&* out of the run. I cut out the waste like trying to
min-max gold gains. Instead, focusing on REAL gains and getting a fluid gaming experience. This is
a Walkthrough for TACTICAL Mode. In Adventure mode, you can pretty much do whatever you
want.

Startup:
First, go to the Arms Trader and buy a training sword, an Oak Bow, and a Shovel. There is no rush to
start the Main Quest, but I'd Ask about your sister while you're at the Arms Trader and the Blacksmith,
and later at the Merchant. You won't have to worry about gold, because you can immediately dig up
the treasure chests at the Well and Pier for 1k gold. You want the highest damage weapon, because it
makes fights easier and makes it less likely for enemies to be able to run and wasting the fights.
Unequip your training sword and equip the Oak bow, and then craft the Executioner's axe at the
Blacksmith. Spend 1 skill point on Charisma for the upcoming quest, and spend the rest on unlocking
and raising Treasure Hunter. Go to the Monastery first to start Quest 2, and Tavern to pick up Quest 1.
You will advance both of them at the Old Merchant, but keep working on Monastery quests first. You
can complete Quest 2 on the first day, and there's a lot of work to unlock the Monastery. Also ignore
Quest 10 for now. After completing Quest 1, finish Quest 4 and pick up the contracts. Complete the
Kitten contract, and move on to complete Quest 2 and 3. You may start Quest 5, the product takes a
few days of wait. Now spend all your skill points towards Treasure Hunter, then do Quest 10 for your
first fight. You have to remember to switch to Bow before attacking. Get used to this and make it
routine. Next, continue the Main Quest line until you unlock the Cave. For the witch tentactles, you
have the choice to watch the scene or get 10 potions. You only have to watch the scene once, so it's a
personal choice. The potions can be helpful, but aren't necessary either.

Farming:
Go on the Dendroid adventure and complete the first 3 Stages to get the Stroke of Eternity(Gloves). By
now, you've fought a couple boars and may have 2 boar meat. If you don't you can fight some boars to
try to complete the contract. Once you've maxed Treasure Hunter, spend 1 point on Charisma first(2)
so you can pick up the item for Quest 5. Then you may spend a point or 2 on Archery.

Now, it's time to do some serious work. You need at least 3 Spidersilk to get the fishing rod, and you
cannot Hunt spiders until the adventure is completed, so you want to get all the drops in a single battle.
If you have not used any potions up to now, then you will have 7. If you want to be safe, you can buy a
few more. Go to the first Stage of Arachne adventure and hit the spider to get it to spawn an egg.
Reduce the spider's hp, but don't kill it until the egg has undergone 2 transformations from an egg to a
spiderling to a full spider. Kill the first spider, and then repeat the process. You will have to heal with
1 potion for approximately every 1 spider during this process. Try to repeat the process 4 times for a
total of 5 spiders. The drop rate is very high, so this should be enough. If you fail, there is another
chance with a 2 spider battle on Stage 5. Once you have the Spidersilk, go turn it in to the Fisherman
to complete Quest 12, and then immediately work on Quest 17. You SHOULD get the Icarius on the
first day, but if you don't, you can spend the rest of the day hunting wolves. Once you complete Quest
17, you will unlock the Lake. Go to the shore and pick up the Treasure Chest for Wings of
Eternity(Shoulder). At this point, you can comfortably farm early Renown. You may already have 25,
so you should check at the Cave first. Upgrade Sword Strike to Level 2. We want to get it to Level 3
before continuing, so go Hunt wolves or plants until you have the 50 to do so.

The next part is tricky. You need a spider venom and centipede leg for the next craft. You should
already have venom from the previous fight. There's only one centipede fight, so you have to get a leg
from it, but legs are common, so it SHOULD drop. Go do Arachne adventure Stage 2 and 3. If you
have the leg, then you can go to the Blacksmith and buy 2 Sapphires to craft the Steel Longsword and
equip it. If you didn't get the leg, then you'll just have to stick with the bow. Continue the Arachne
adventure and finish Stage 7. Remember DON'T switch weapons, because you're using your sword for
now, but this is temporary. After Stage 7, you should be close to 25 renown, so go level Defensive
Stance to level 2 before continuing.

Now it's time for the first boss fight, and we're fighting Arachne. The most dangerous part of this fight
is that Venomous Sting inflicts "Rot", which has a zombie effect. You have to antipicate this and
potion before being pressured with low hp and unable to heal. The battle should take 4 potions or less.
The witch will go tell you to get the Ring of Transfiguration, and you should go ahead and do that, and
then immediately start the werewolf arc. The Redhead will need 1k gold, but at this point, I had 1.8k,
so that shouldn't be a problem. Use your Skill points to unlock Experienced and start raising it to level
5.

Just passively work on the werewolf arc. At this point, you can also start the Brunette and Redhead
quests. But focus primarily on getting the next bow. Check if you have Centipede Venom, Blue
Rune(Goblin), Iron Ore(Goblin), and Diamonds(Goblin). You're now able to Hunt the caves. Gather
those ingredients, and then Hunt the Goblin Shaman for the staff, and then go craft the Hunter's
Longbow. Finish the werewolf arc so that the Arms Trader returns to the market, and you should be
close to 50 Renown for Defensive stance Level 3. Try hunting Treants for it. I had left the contracts
undone, but now you can complete the Treant, Shells, and Goblin Shaman. Use your skill points to
max Experienced. Spend the rest of the points in Archery. Spend Renown to get Meditation to level 1,
and then work on Dress Wounds.

Eternity:
You're well equipped now, so go complete the Dendroid adventure. Now you have access to the
Wandering Trader. It costs 1,400, 800, and 350 gold, for a total of 2,550 gold for the skill books.
Remember to AVOID the martial arts book. I sold off all my junk(refer to "Don't Sell List") and had
3k gold, and this was the Only point in the game where I had to sell items at all. Spend 3 points into
Charisma(5) to have it, max out Archery, and work on Tempered and Armor. I alternately spend 1
point into Tempered and then Armor, until 5 Tempered and 5 Armor. You want to get to the Golem
adventure ASAP, but it should be day time since you just finished Dendroid. Go start on the Tavern
and Elf quests. You want to get the Arm Wrestling rewards. Spend any free time you have on Hunting
Treants. Get used to how to fight them quickly, you will be spamming them a lot. At 18:00, go and
pick up and finish the Golem adventure for the Sorrow of Eternity(Bow) and Shadow of
Eternity(Sword). Go on the Hydra adventure to Stage 3 for Tread of Eternity(Shows). After this point,
you can continue the game however you want. Passively, I would work on all the Elf and house quests,
and the nun quests. All the Elf battles will be comfortable at this point. Actively, I would start
gathering the ingredients for the last bow: Crab Claw, Insect Stinger(Mosquito), Emerald Shards, Iron
Ore, and Reptilian Spear; and then complete the Hydra adventure for Raiment of Eternity(pants).

The remaining Skill points progression is as follows: Archery 5, Keen Eye 5 Combat 5, Tempered 10,
Resolute 5.
Combat cards: Dress Wounds 3, Coup de Grâce and Slashing Strike 3, Meditation 3, Reflection and
Cleanse 3.

End game:
To prepare for the Basilisk fight, you want at least maxed offense card and meditation, and maxed
Experienced and Combat. The Necklace of Strength from Quest 15 is good to use. You want to have
the Improved Fishing Rod from Quest 32 before you do the fishing Contract and try for the Iskandira(It
helps drops a LOT). You'll likely need to use some potions to keep your health up. AFTER you fight
the Basilisk, you can finally do Quest 19 and 33 and pick up Kick. Complete every quest, and then you
can finish the game.
