1. That I am a fresh student of the University of Ibadan and was matriculated on ……………… day of

2. That in addition to my oath of matriculation, I am enjoined by the Governing council of the
University of Ibadan to give further undertaking not to belong to, patronize, support and or abet, or
in any other way whatsoever be involved in any secret cult or activities or any association of
student not registered and approved by the University.
3. That I do hereby give the undertaking stated in paragraph 2 above.
4. That I am fully aware that a breach of my undertaking herein will under the University
Regulations lead to my expulsion from the University of Ibadan.
5. That all the information provided to the University concerning myself and my credentials are
true.
6. That I agree that if it is found out anytime during my studentship in the University that I have
presented credentials which are not genuine or forged or I obtain an authorized and
unauthenticated document(s) not emanating from the appropriate University Official(s) and
misrepresenting same to be genuine, the University shall be at liberty to withdraw my studentship
or expect me from the University forthwith.
7. That I agree that I shall not get refund for any unauthorized payments made by me not approved
by the University.
8. That I agree to obey all the regulations contained in the Students Handbook and those approved
by Senate from time to time.
