Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Abd Rahman Bin Oshman, and I am
currently Deputy Head of Academics at Al Farabi Integrated Islamic Primary School.
I am writing to express my keen interest in participating in the upcoming educational
visit to Japan, 8th January 2025 until 15th January 2025.
I am passionate about their working system which is Japanese culture places a strong
emphasis on diligence, loyalty, and commitment. Employees prioritize their jobs and I
believe this visit would provide an invaluable opportunity to broaden my
understanding of Japanese workplaces that tend to have a clear hierarchy, with respect
given to seniority. This affects communication styles and decision-making. I am
particularly excited about a home-stay with a Japanese family can be a fantastic
cultural experience. Living with a family allows us to experience daily life, traditions,
and customs firsthand. Others, we would have the chance to form lasting friendships
and connections.
Through this experience, I hope to gain insights that will enhance my career journey
and allow me to contribute positively t my school organization. I am eager to engage
with fellow participants and share knowledge and experiences during our time in
Japan. I would like to participate in interview on 21st November 2024(Thursday).
I would be grateful if you could provide me with more information about the selection
process and any prerequisites for this visit. Thank you for considering my application.

experience.
