GRADUATION FORM

All English graduates are hereby notified to complete the graduation requirements.

Please complete these requirements before 10.11.2024:


1. Submit your article to the assigned teacher.
2. Pay the money planned for graduation $125.
3. Send a passport size photo.
4. Fill out the form below and write down the information as you would like the
certificate to be written for you.
5. The graduation day will be On December.5th,2024

NB: make sure to meet these requirements before the specified time. The graduation and
certification only happen once a year at the same time.
