Theconductors are drawn using state-of-the-art multiwite drawing machine as fine wires and bunched with concentiity according to 1S 8130. High purity and conductivity of copper ensures greater saving of electrical energy which helpstoreduce electricity bil Insulation ‘The bunched conductors are insulated with specially formulated and in-house manufactured FR-(Flame Retardant) PVC ‘compound with high oxygen index and temperature index. These properties help in restricting the spread of fire even at very high temperatures. Wires are insulated with double layer, Natural FR PVC compound as frst layer and Natural + Skin color as secondlayer which gives double protection in insulation. All wires ate tested with online high voltage spark tester to ensure that there are no weak spots in the insulation, pin holes, black spots and any other defects during extrusion.
