Title of Project: Student Data Analysis using QR Code

Rationale:
The student Data Analysis using a QR code is a digital technology that aims to improve
the process of monitoring and recording all Student Data in educational institutions. This system
uses QR codes, which are two-dimensional barcodes, as a means of identification for students.
This paper proposes a system that is based on a QR code, which is displayed for students during
the lecture. The students will need to scan the code to confirm their attendance.

This system offers several advantages over traditional attendance systems. Firstly, it
eliminates the need for manual recording of attendance, which can be time-consuming and prone
to errors. Secondly, it provides real-time updates on attendance & Academical Result , allowing
teachers to take necessary actions in case of any irregularities. The student attendance system
using a QR code is an innovative solution to the challenges faced by traditional attendance
systems. By using digital technology and automation, this system streamlines the attendance
process, making it more efficient and effective.

Introduction:
The population has been steadily increasing across the world, with more and more
births that happen every minute. The considerable increase in medical facilities and the
technological breakthroughs in the recent decades has had a considerable impact on the
 human populous. These improvements have been useful as it has reduced the number of
childbirth deaths that were prevalent in the middle ages and most of history. This led to a
large number of children getting past the adolescence age and improved their health
considerably. The medical advancements have also been essential in reducing the number of
deadly diseases and have found a cure for most of them.
This has been useful in improving the health of the majority of the populous. This has
also been useful in prolonging the age of the humans which has resulted in the steady
increase in the overall lifespan of an individual. This has inadvertently contributed
considerably to the increasing population which has been instrumental in driving the growth
forward. This has not been without the doubts and problems that have been caused due to the
increased populous which has become a substantial hurdle in a large number of different
scenarios. One such area which has experienced this is the employment sector where there
have been increasing unemployment across the globe.
There has been increased unemployment across the world which can be attributed to
the increasing population easily. But this is an incorrect statement as there isn’t a dearth of
jobs but due to the large number of applications received by the employers, it becomes
difficult to hire the best person for the job. This is why there is a need for an effective
mechanism that can filter through the massive numbers of CV’s and provide the best
candidate to the employer. This can be achieved with the implementation of the Natural
Language Processing paradigm that enables an automatic approach for information extraction
and CV classification which can reduce the load on the organization considerably.

Literature Survey:
A Software which utilizes QR code scanner to record and maintain the attendance of the
students is described in paper. A QR code is a machine readable representation of information in
a visual format. A QR code consists of a series of parallel, adjacent bars and spaces which is read
by a QR code scanner. Each student will be assigned a unique QR code ID which identifies the
student and displays records of the students. Teachers and administrator will only have access to
the system with theirrespective login ID’s and passwords.
It is an application that is developed for the students or the department to access for monitoring
the attendance of the student. This system can be accessed by students as well as the teachers to
obtain the record for which each individual is assigned a login ID and a password. For this the
student, must be registered with the system admin for access.
Presents a Student Information Management System realization including establishment and
maintenance of the database and front-end web development & describes the system functional
and architecture design, and emphasizes the system's functionality, database design and
functional modules, etc. Fully functional, flexible and convenient web and friendly interface
provide a good guarantee for student information management.

Problem Definition:
The increasing levels of unemployment have been one of the most problematic
occurrences across the world as well as in our country. India has one of the largest populations in
the world, which have been the victims of the unemployment rates that have been skyrocketing
in the recent years. The lack of employment forces the individuals to seek other forms of income
sources which has the potential for turning to criminal or illegal activities. This is an undesirable
occurrence that can be highly debilitating for the country as well as it economy. The lack of
employment can be understood to stem from the lack of an effective CV classification approach.
The large number of CV’s make it difficult for the Human Resources Manager to effectively
segregate and select the perfect candidates for the job opening. Therefore, there is a need for the
implementation of an effective technique for the purpose of automatically extracting the
information from a CV. The proposed approach is devised to utilize the Natural Language
Processing approach along with the Deep Belief Networks to achieve the prescribed goals.

Proposed Methodology Of Solving Identified Problem:

The QR code is used to developed smart attendance system. Individual needs to scan unique QR
code by using camera , then information is stored in the database. The fig. 3 shows the general
architecture of QR code attendance system.
This product development used the adaptation from the prototype model. This prototype model has five
phases, it is namely planning, analysis, design, prototype development and testing. This model is suitable
for the development of this product prototype because it can give the real picture about the product and
the operational of the product.
 • The steps involved in flow of the proposed system are given below:
1. Admin Login.
2. Search member to make Attendance .
3. Generate QR code for specified student .
4. Scan QR code generated by system.
5. Make Attendance and stored attendance at specified location.
6. Update database on day to day basis.
