Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and Maintain Software:

● Collaborate with Teams:
○ Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them
into technical solutions.
○ Participate in team discussions to brainstorm and propose innovative solutions.
● Code Quality and Reviews:
○ Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
○ Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
● Problem Solving:
○ Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
○ Implement solutions to improve existing systems and processes.

○ Share knowledge and mentor junior developers when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Technical Skills:
○ Strong proficiency in Java (Core Java, Advanced Java, and frameworks like
Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
○ Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database management systems
(SQL/NoSQL).
○ Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven,
Gradle).
○ Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

effectively.
