• Sponsorship Amount: 20,000 /-
• Deliverables from the college:
1. Database of the students participating in the event along with their contact
number, email id and full names.
2. 1 Hour slot for the seminar or introductory session to the participants which
can be held by the sponsor.
3. Verbal promotion of the Session. A specific location where the sponsor can
display their banners along with the posters and other promotion media.
Sponsors name will be mentioned during key sessions.
4. College will display the sponsor’s name in the official posters printed for the
event. 5. Being the topmost category for sponsorship, the sponsor’s name will
be displayed on newspaper articles as well as the posters to be sent to other
colleges as the official Sponsor for the event.

• Deliverables from the college:
1. Information of the students participating in the event along with their
contact number, email id and full names.
2. 1 Hour slot for the seminar or introductory session to the participants.

• Deliverables from the college:
1. Your organization’s name and logo will be prominently displayed on all the
posters banners, including the program and the college website’s event page
and also will be mentioned throughout the event during key sessions.
2. You can put the personal banner of your organization in college campus
during the event.
Also, to confirm the Sponsorship, an official MOU (Memorandum Of
Understanding) will be signed which will be considered as the official
document for the College - Sponsor Agreement.
