1: who received, check and manage the site and materials?
• Sadaqat Ali is the project manager, and they also manage the entire project like materials and
site. They check the materials and monitored all materials are good in conditions.
2: how to take the time for the whole project /construction time duration?
• It has 2 months project. 1.5 month done and 15 days left to complete the project.
3: what is the current situation of the project and also on schedule and within budget?
• The current situation of the project is working on progress and total budget is 85 lac. We
design the call center office with the fusion of modern and industrial theme. We design the
modular space which can be disassembled, and the modules relocated or refurbished for new
use, reducing the demand for raw materials and minimizing the amount of energy expended to
create a building to meet the new need.

4: how do you ensure the quality of work being done? and how often the inspection
performed?
we work the good quality of work and materials used are all has branded materials. Project
manager ensure the perfection done in work by inspecting the daily work.
5?: what safety protocols are in the site or there have been any recent incident or near
misses?
There is no specific protocols, we are not working at nighttime because it has commercial
plus residential building we have address the comfort of the people.
6: who to manage the all-necessary materials on site and in good condition?
project manager are managing the material on site, they check them by own self the material
condition.

7: how do you communicate/ update to the team and stakeholders? there is any communication issue that
need to be addressed and how to resolve that issues?
The communication with client through phone calls and face to face meeting, discus the selection of materials
like paint or tiles type etc.
8: there are so environmental or whether condition issues that effect on site and hindrance the
construction process?
Yes, weather condition also effect on site like load shading is the main problem, so we resolve them by generator
or electrical work during the light time.
9: how to maintain project documentation and records if there is any documentation issue that need to be
address?
There is no problem on documentation.

10: what are the source of construction and interior materials?
The main source of materials are gizri, Denso and the maters tiles.
11: what kind of difficulties did you face on site?
They have no difficulties face on site, but they want to change the floor its not possible due to client budget.
