In the boxes under the heading TARGET BEHAVIORS, write in the behaviors(s) that are being observed. In the boxes appearing under
the heading TIME, write the time intervals during which the behaviors will be tracked. For each occurrence of the target behavior
during a time interval, circle a number in the corresponding box. This will provide a baseline frequency for that behavior. Then
calculate a mean frequency rate for each target behavior.
