This is an Internal document.~ eS NOD ‘The Dealer shall verity the identity of the Customerfhis representative prior to delivery of the Asset, to protect against any further lability, Where the delivery of the asset is given tothe vepresereann of the Customer, the Dealer shall collect the Authorisation letter from the Customer for the delivery of the Asset. The Original Invoice and Receipt for the above payment shall be forwarded to our local branch. ‘The Dealer shall mention the Sales Tax / CST / VAT separately in the Invoice. Do not include it in the Sale price. The Dealer shall charge only Local Sales tax/ CST / VAT of Maharashtra state and not any other tax. Invoice shall be issued by dealer in favour of above named Customer & address under Hypothecation with Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. KNBL shall be entitled to the refund of the amount pald, in case the asset is not delivered for any reason whatsoever, In case where the delivery does not take place due to the Dealer not being able to do so, refund will be made along with interest @ 12 % p.a. from the date of payment till the receipt of the money. ~ Any Tosses/Irabilities arising to KMBL due to violation of non-compliance with any of the above terms /conditions shall be borne by the Dealer.
