That any such infringement, misuse shall under no circumstances be attributed to CE Info Systems Limited and that you shall be solely responsible for all such acts. That you hereby agree to indemnify and hold CE Info Systems Limited and its offcials/ agents from all suits, costs, damages or claim of any Kind arising out of any act or omission or misuse ofthe SIM by you or by any other person with or without your consent. That you hereby agree to indemnify and hold CE Info Systems Limited harmless against any claim against CE Info Systems Limited liable for or slander arising out of the communications sentor received by you through the SIM. That CE Info Systems Limited shall not be responsible for any civil or criminal liability incurred on you due to misuse, for the services provided by CE Info Systems Limited , .¢., any act of commission or omission by the customer.
