Abstract
An Event Management System (EMS) is a software solution designed to streamline
the planning, organization, and execution of events. This system automates various
event-related processes such as registration, ticketing, venue management,
scheduling, guest tracking, and feedback collection, providing an efficient and user-
friendly interface for both event organizers and attendees.
The primary objective of an EMS is to reduce the complexity of event planning,
improve communication among stakeholders, and enhance attendee experience. The
system typically includes features like event creation, custom ticketing, event
promotion, real-time updates, participant management, and data analytics for post-
event reporting. Furthermore, it supports various event types such as conferences,
workshops, concerts, exhibitions, and weddings
