Mutual Confidentiality Agreement
THIS LOAN AGREEMENT (“This Agreement”) dated this 21st September 2022

IN CONSIDERATION OF the Lender loaning certain monies to the borrower repaying the Loan to the Lender, both
parties agree to keep, perform and fulfill the conditions set out in this Agreement: -
This agreement is hereby entered into by Yvonne Hellström and Hames Johan James on this date: 21st September
2022.
PURPOSE: To protect the information shared between Yvonne Hellström and Hames Johan James against any
unauthorized usage or disclosure. This will serve as a security document for Yvonne Hellström (Lender) to take
legal actions against Hames Johan James, should in case not comply to the fulfillment of payment terms.
LOAN AMOUNT
The Lender has given out $100,000.00 (Hundred Thousand United States Dollars) is designated for Loan as per
agreement between both Parties.
PAYMENT
The lender (Yvonne Hellström) will receive full payment between September to December 2023 of the initial date
of loan.
AMENDMENTS
This agreement may only be amended or modified by a written instrument mutually agreed by both Borrower
and Lender.
The parties hereby agreed to the following: -
Both parties understand that any intentional or unintentional unauthorized usage or disclosure of confidential
information may be detrimental to the disclosing party and is in violation of this agreement. Each party agrees to
the following:
1. Not to use confidential information in any way that deviate from authorized purpose
2. Not to disclose the object and scope of any discussions between the parties, except where required by
law.
3. Not to disclose confidential information to any third party without written consent of the disclosing party.
4. That upon termination of the partnership, all records pertaining to confidential information may be
forwarded to the authorities to take any legal actions.
5. The Lender deserves the right to make report claims should payment dates exceed without any
substantial reasons to back any development.
