75 Hard Challenges (5 Rules 75 days, No procrastination)

• This means you can’t miss a single rule in a single day. Then you must start it again from
day 1

History: It was first discovered in 2019 by Andy Frisella, a consultant, entrepreneur, and
public speaker. He was inspired to take on this challenge when he interviewed James
Lawrence, an Athlete well-known for Iron Cowboy. He has completed 50 Iron Man Triathlon
Races in 50 different Cities. You can find details of the requirements and rules of the race
on Google.

The main goal is to put your body in so much pain, that on some days it becomes resistant
your brain can’t feel the pain further. It creates mental toughness and transformation.

Rules:

1. Take your Progress Pictures for the next 75 Days. Your body and face should be visible in
the picture. These pictures will track your progress.

2. You must drink 4 liters of water every day.

3. Two 45 minutes of workout shift. One in the outdoors, In the fresh air. And another one in
Indoor. This will be your weight training. You must lift heavy weights.

4. Follow a Strict Healthy Diet. You can’t take a single bite of junk food in your body.
Remember not a single bite. Your body should get enough macro and micro (nutrients).

5. Read 10 pages of a self-development book every day. NO fiction book and no storybook.
That book helps you to learn new things or break your superstitions or old beliefs.

NO Cheating is Accepted of these 5 Challenges. NO excuse no regret only dedication to


fulfill all the challenges. No Alcohol, No Smoking, No adult video, No Masturbation.

If you somehow missed any of the challenges or mistakes somewhere, that means you
have failed. You must start again from day 1.

Only 1% of humans can succeed in this challenge. So, if you are a real fighter accept it. DO
it Break it.

Day 26-50 will be Uncomfortable. And there you will fail

Day 51-75 will be Unstoppable. All the best.
