Terms and Conditions:
1. Compllance with Legal Pretequisibs: The workmen and employees sponsored by the agency (employer)
are tequired to comply with all legal prerequisites, induding possessing valid lqama, Passport, lnsurance,
GOSI, and other essential Govemment documents. The employer and ils workmen must stricily abide by all
govemment regulations, and any violations thereof are the sole responsibility of the employer ofthe workmen.
Any legal issues or negative consequences arising ftom sucfi violations are to be resolved by the employer
2. Ticket CGts: The Employee are entitled for ticket costs every 2 years for travel to their home country, at no
cost to workers. The Employer shall bear the costs of retuming the Employee to their native place, afrer the
end of the contract or the termination by lhe Employer. lfthe workmen resign during the contract period, the air
ticket cost will be bome by employee.
3. Salary Payment: The employer shall disburse the wages of every month (including overtime payments) to its
workmen on or before 7th of subsequent month. Benefrts and olher allowances shall be paid in accordance
with the KSA law and the agreed terms and conditions between employee and emptoyer.
4. Working Houls and Overtime Compensation: The aforementioned basic rate is calculated based on 26
working days per month, with a work duration of8 hours perday (exduding Lunch break), or 48 hours per week
and, any overlime hours beyond those stated hours will be compensated at a rate of '150 per cent of the basic
hourly wages. This is applicable for variable Overtime category of employees. All norking hours spenl during
weekdays, Fridays and holidays will be considered as overtime hours and paid accordingly.
5. Work and Rest Time:
i) VGekly day off on Frilay and workers are entitled to one hour break for Lunch.
ii) Working outdoors is prohibited between 12.00 p.m. and 3.00 p.m. During summer sdredule as notifed
by Govt
lil) During the month of Ramadan, the working hours shal be Govemed by KSA Labour Law.
iv) Workers are entited to 30 days of paid Sick Leave per year as per Saudi Labour Law (on submission
of valid medical documents / certificates), three quarler of the wage for next 60 days, and without pay
for the following 30 days, during a single year, whether such leaves are @ntinuous or intermittent.
6. PeEonal Protective Equipment (PPE): Personal Pmtective Equipment (PPE) will be supplied to all hired staff
and workmen by L&T in accordance with project specifcations or standards.
7. Adherence to Company's HR Policies & Procedures: The Employer and its workmen are required to striclly
adhere to the HR Policies and Procedures set forth by L&T and the projeci Company.
8. Satuty Regulations: The employer and its wo*men must ahflays comply with L&T safety regulations while on
the poecl site.
9. Mobilization and Demobilization Costs: The Employer is responsible for covering all costs associated with
the mobilization and demobilization ofwo*men from the workplace to lheir home country
10. Food, Accommodation and Transportation: Employer will facilitate the Food and Accommodation for the
workmen. Transporlation from the accommodation camp to the site and vice versa willbe provided by Employer
at no @st to worker. ln a case, where food is provided by Employer to Employee, Food Allowance will not be
paid to Employee.
1 1. Annual Leave: Annual leave entiUements for workmen will be granted in accordance wilh the KSA Law that is
21 days annually and Employee will be etigible for leave afler completion of 2 years Confaci.
'12. G.ievance Mechanism: Grievances can be reported through multiple dlannels, induding the available
Grievance Fonn/QR Code, Grievance Boxes (which allowanonymous grievances) and posted contact numbers
at allwork locations and accommodation in multple languages. Any related concems will be addressed through
this channel within the stipulated timeframe.
'13. Worfiets' committee Participation: Provisions on participation in worker's committee is available for all
c€tegories of workmen and lndividuals and can join the committee based on their own interest and subject to

limitation and tobl count of committee membeG. Every three to bur months, the commitlee members will be
changed without the interbrenc€ of Management.
14. Medical Serylc$: All costs related to treatrnent of a work injury or ocqJpational disease and medical
examinations related to plljed requirement will be covered under Medical lnsurance or to be bome by
Employer at aduals on produclion ofvalid dooJrnents.
15. Recruitnent and vba Fees: Allrecruifnent and visa be are covered by Employer. Employee ofSubcontrador
or Manpower Hiring Agency working on the projed will not be required to pay fur any recruitnent relaled cosl
or Vtsa Fees.
I 6. Gender€ased vlolsnce and Harassment (GBVH): The employer is committed to pEventing and addEssing
GBVH in the wo place. All tvorkers have the right to , ork in an environment free from GBW. any inciOents Jt
GBVH can be reporled through the grievance mechanisms provided, and all repo(s wi be treated confdentially
and addressed prompty in accordance with company policjes and pocedures.
'17. Temination of Contract All migrant !\orkers including contraclors' workers and otier third+arty wofters will
contractually have the right and Employer's consent to quit their work and join anoher company even if they
did not complete one year of service subject to the Employee respeding the contraaual notice
