As per Recruitment Notice vide F.No.1-04/2023-Estt-I (RCT) published in the leading Newspapers as
well as uploaded on the AIIMS website www.aiimsexams.ac.in & Institute website www.aiims.edu and
Scheme of Examination uploaded on 09.08.2023, the Computer Based Test (CBT) (Stage I) held on 27.08.2023
and Stage-II [Physical Standard Test] held on 11.11.2023, the following is the Merit wise list of provisionally
selected candidates for recruitment to the post of Assistant Security Officer at AIIMS, New Delhi/NCI,
Jhajjar, Haryana.
The result of the Computer Based Test (CBT) (Stage-I) Examination was declared on 14.09.2023 wherein a total
number of 14 candidates were qualified and according to Scheme of Examination, all qualified candidates of
Stage-I were called for Physical Standard Test (Stage-II). According to Stage-I and Stage-II Examinations, the
merit wise provisional result is being declared in the following manner:

IMPORTANT:
1. This result is provisional and is being declared on the basis of information filled by the candidates in their
Online Registration Form and provisionally permitted to appear in the online (CBT) mode Recruitment
Examination without screening of their Online Registration Form. However, their candidature is subject to
fulfillment of the eligibility conditions as laid down in the advertisement as well as subsequent
memorandum received from Recruitment Cell.
2. The Candidature of OBC (NCL) candidates shall be subject to the followings:-
The vacancies were being advertised in financial year 2023-2024, therefore, valid NCL-OBC
certificate issued during the period from 1.4.2023 to 31.03.2024 will be considered valid.
Candidates who have OBC–NCL certificate issued before or after this period (i.e 1.4.2023 to
31.03.2024), will not be considered valid for the said advertisement.
Candidates applying under OBC category must produce OBC certificate / Non-Creamy layer
certificate, in English / Hindi, in the format provided by the DoP&T vide O.M. No. 36036/2/2013-
Estt. (Res.) dated 30.05.2014 and further clarification issued by DoP&T OM No. 36036/2/2013-
Estt(Res-I) dated 31.03.2016.
Certificate must be valid for employment in Central Government Institutions/Jobs. OBC candidate’s
eligibility will be based on Castes borne in the Central List of Govt. of India. Their Sub-caste should
also match with the entries in Central List of OBC, failing which their candidature as OBC candidate
will not be considered.
The OBC certificate should clearly show that the applicant does not belong to the Creamy Layer.
AIIMS, New Delhi reserves the right to disallow a candidate, in case the caste certificate is found
invalid.

3. Candidates who fail to produce valid category certificate OBC certificates and other certificates as per
eligibility criteria etc. during Document verification or as and when required to produce the same, the
candidature will be cancelled.
4. The appointment of the provisionally selected candidates will be strictly subject to the verification of all
original certificates/documents by the Recruitment Cell, AIIMS, New Delhi. The Provisionally selected
candidates are required to report to the Recruitment Cell, Establishment Section, First Floor,
Administration Block, Ansari Nagar, AIIMS, New Delhi-110029 within 07 days from the declaration of
this result on any working day between 09:30 A.M. to 04:30 PM (On Saturday between 09.30 AM to 12.00
Noon, alongwith verification letter downloaded from MyPage in the portal and requisite documents
mentioned in the verification letter. The Link of downloading of verification letter in Candidates
MyPage will be activated from 23.11.2023.
5. The individual marks of all the candidates who have appeared in the above mentioned examination is
available on the website i.e. www.aiimsexams.ac.in. Please note that inclusion in this list cannot be
claimed as right to employment to the above mentioned posts. The institute reserves the right to use or not
to use the above list.
