clause 2 of revised Public Procurement (preference to Make in India) Order 2017.

shall be the total value of items procured (excluding net domestic indirect taxes) minus
the value of imported content in the item (including all customs duties) as a proportion of

Points to be remember:
1. Below annexure- 1 indicated quantity used to make single product is given as per
Standard Twin Stage Filtration Machine. Customized Filtration Machine Quantity
and Specifications of components will change as per the customer's requirement.
2. Calculation of percentage of Indian: Overseas material mix ratio is based on the
value of the raw material used to make a final product as mentioned below.
3. We also understand, false declarations will be in breach of the Code of Integrity
under Rule 175(1)(i)(h) of the General Financial Rule for which for which a bidder
or its successors can be debarred for up two years as per Rule 151 (iii) of the
General Financial Rules along with such other actions as may be permissible under
law.
