SUBJECT: CLARIFICATION OF COLLECTION FOR BILLING ADJUSTMENT
1138/2023
I hereby mention the billing adjustment collection notice no. 1138/2023,
in which he mentions in his letter no. 837/2023 as a result of the review carried
out by CFE personnel, the certificate with number no. 545 was generated,
which indicates a misuse of the electricity supply in a period from August 8,
2016 to August 15, 2023 with a total consumption of 9409 (kwh) which gives a
total to pay of $35,977.00.
The purpose of this writing is to provide an explanation to clarify this
matter.
On August 4, a 12AWG cable was used to divert the power line into the
interior of the house for the exclusive use of a cold meat refrigerator that
was used for a family event. This method was used because the
electrical system inside the house was insufficient to handle this
element. Attached is a photograph and video, as well as a rental note as
evidence
This derivation was used from August 8, 2023 to August 15, 2023.
In 2016, a new contract was made with CFE to divide the electricity
consumption found in the same address, since it has a commercial
premises.
The data from the meter installed in 2016 are as follows:

Payments for electricity services for both meters have not had significant
variations since 2016, as confirmed by the history of CFE electricity bills.
We kindly request a recalculation of the tests carried out that
determined the total amount, since the period mentioned in your
writing is from August 8, 2016 to August 15, 2023, which is incorrect.
The use of this derivation was only used for 11 days, including the
days from August 8, 2023 to August 15, 2023.
