Ms. Emee Rino,

Further to your interview and to discussions regarding prospective employment with Al Sahraa Recruitment
Services, it is our pleasure to confirm your appointment as “Class Assistant” to your acceptance of the terms
and conditions outlined below. The employment offer will remain valid for 2 days from the date of sending,
where upon it will expire.

Assignment Detail:
1.1 Start Date : As per the procedures
1.2 Location : Schools in UAE
1.3 Salary : AED 2,500 per month

1. Package Details
2.1 Basic Salary - You will be paid a basic salary of AED 1,500 per month.
2.2 Accommodation — Provided by the Company.
2.3 Transportation — Provided by the Company.
2.4 Food Allowance - You will be paid fixed allowance of AED 300 per month.
2.5 Ticket and Other Allowance - You will be paid fixed allowance of AED 700 per month.
2.6 Contract Status — Your employment with the company will be on Single status contract.
2.7 Leave Entitlement - Your Annual Leave entitlement is 30 calendar days paid leave per annum. You
agree to follow the procedures from time to time determined by the Company in relation to the
taking of leave.
2.8 Medical — In addition to UAE Ministry of Health statutory medical cover, the Company will provide
to you only, with comprehensive private medical insurance in accordance with the terms of cover of
the Company's prevailing private medical insurance plan.
2.9 End of Service Benefit — You will be entitled to end of service benefits as per Federal Decree Law
No. 33 of 2021 of the United Arab Erriirates.
2. Conditions of Employment
3.1 Subject to issue of valid work permit /employment visa, your employment will commence upon the
mentioned date.
12 Visa Commencement of your employment with the Company is conditional upon the issue of all
necessary and required approvals, permits, visas and licenses, including from the Ministry of Labour &
Social Affairs, the Ministry of Interior, the Department of Naturalisation and Residence. The Company
will use reasonable endeavors to obtain for you all necessary approvals required for you to perform your
duties for the Company including a UAE residency visa, UAE Labour card. The Company shall act
as your sponsor for the purposes of your residency and employment in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
3.3 Employee should only provide him/her services to the Employer and in case of any breach employee
will be responsible for consequences. Employment with Employer may result for operational reasons
in him/her having to be transferred from one location to another place where the Employer or Client
undertakes its business activities. It is a condition of his/her employment that he/she comply with any
such requirements.

14 Working hours - will be client's specific as may be applicable, based on a normal 48 hours work
week. The working hours may be changed from time to time to suit specific conditions. Furthermore, you
are expected to work the hours necessary to fulfill your duties and the package offer is therefore
inclusive of overtime remuneration.

15 Confidentiality — during employment or after employment, you will hold in the strictest and will not
utilize, duplicate, or unveil such information to any other individual within or outside Company, in any
manner form.

3.6 Restriction of Work — You Agree that on termination of employment, you will not engage in
employment services with any competitor, client or supplier of the Company operating within UAE for
a maximum level of 24 months from the last date of employment without written approval from the
Higher Management.

3.7 Service Period — This is lirriited duration contract.


3.8 Probation Period - The probation period for this appointment will be six (6) months.

3.9 Notice Petiod:

3.9.1 Employer — First party may terminate the worker's contract during probation period upon serving 14-
days written notice prior to the termination date. Upon confirmation of employment, employer agreed
to give 30 days' notice period in case of employment terrrunation.
3.9.2 Employee - During the probation period, second party agree to give 1 month notice to terminate this
employment contract. Upon confirmation of employment, second party agree to give 3 months' notice
period in case of resignation from employment.

This offer, when duly signed by the authorized officer of Al Sahraa Recruitments and yourself, shall represent
the sole agreement in relation to your employment by the Company, which shall be governed by, construed
and given effect to in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, UAE and Federal Laws of the
UAE applicable therein (including without limitation the UAE Labour Law).
