I acknowledge that these documents provide comprehensive information about the


program, its academic requirements, and the Institute's IT policies. I commit to abide
by them throughout my enrollment and participation in the program.

Furthermore, I solemnly declare that I will adhere to all the rules and regulations
mentioned in the Programme Handbook. I understand that any violations of these
rules and regulations may result in disciplinary actions or termination of my
enrollment in the program, as per the Institute's norms.

of the Director of IIM Indore will be considered final and binding. I will abide by the
