Why do I need a Google merchant account?
If you want to sell your app in the Google Play Store, you need this account to manage and

Steps to create a google merchant account
1. Open this url https://play.google.com/apps/publish/
2. Sign in to your Google Play developer console.
3. From the left-side menu, click Setup.
4. From the left-side menu, click Payments profile.
Settings > Payments profile
5. Click Create payments profile.
6. Choose a payment profile or create a new one.
7. Add you Public Business information and click Submit.
The Credit card statement name will be used if you want to accept credit card payments
8. At the Payments profile you can add payment methods via your business bank account
and manage your Sales tax.
