Position: Business Development Executive Intern

Location: Remote, On-Site, Hybrid


Duration: 3 months (with the possibility of full-time conversion based on performance)
Salary: ₹15,000 per month for the first 3 months (performance-based incentives
applicable)
Post-Internship Compensation: ₹3–5 LPA (Annual Salary) based on performance and
successful conversion to a full-time role
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

driven individuals to join our Business Development team as interns. This role provides an
excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to the company’s
growth.
Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive Intern, you will assist in identifying and engaging new
business opportunities, supporting sales efforts, and driving growth for the company. During
the internship, you will work closely with senior professionals and have a chance to gain
practical knowledge in business development, sales, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and
business opportunities across various industries.
Outbound Sales Activities: Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails,
and social media to introduce the company’s offerings and generate leads.
Client Communication: Assist in managing relationships with existing clients
and handling their inquiries effectively.
Sales Support: Help prepare presentations, sales proposals, and other
necessary sales materials.
CRM Management: Update and maintain CRM systems with relevant data on
clients and prospects.
Reporting: Create weekly and monthly reports on lead generation activities,
client interactions, and sales progress.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing and sales teams to ensure
alignment and contribute to the company’s overall strategy.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed(In Any
Stream).
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication
skills to engage effectively with clients and teams.
Self-Starter: A proactive approach to work and the ability to manage
responsibilities independently.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify
new business opportunities.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Team-Oriented: Comfortable working in a collaborative
environment.
