Step(1). Click on the link: www.myopenmath.com. Alternatively, open your web browser, and type or
copy and paste the link in the address bar.
Step(2).
Case (I): You have an existing account on MyOpenMath.
(1) Login using your username1 and password2.
(2) Adjust your information according to Table (2) of this document after clicking on “Change User
Info”.3
(3) Click the "Enroll in a New Class" button.
(4) Choose “My teacher gave me a course ID” and enter the “Course ID” and “Enrollment
Key” (found in Table (1) of this document), then click “Sign Up”.
(5) The course name will now show up in the “Courses You’re Taking” box on your home page.
Click on the course name to enter the course.

If you forgot your username, click the "Forgot Username" link and enter your email address. The system will send
you an email with your username. Check your email's spam filter if you do not receive the email in a few minutes.
2If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot Password" link and enter your username. The system will send you
an email with a link to click to reset your password. Check your email's spam filter if you do not receive the email in
a few minutes.
Note: If you still having trouble logging in, or never receive the "Forgot Password" or "Forgot Username" emails,
contact the admins. We can help you check that your email address is correct, look up your username, or reset your
. password

Case (II): You are new to MyOpenMath.
(1) Click “Register as new student”.
(2) Enter the requested information according to Table (2) of this document.4
(3) Wherever it says “Enter the course ID and Key provided by your teacher below”, enter the
information as in Table (1) of this document.
(4) Click “Sign Up”.
(5) You will be taken back to the login page. Enter your username and password you created.
(6) You may see a “Browser Check” page. If so, click the “Continue with Image-based display”
button.
(7) The course name will now show up in the “Courses You’re Taking” box on your home
page. Click on the course name to enter the course.
The next time you want to access the course, you will just need to enter your username and password at the login page,
then click on the course name to re-enter the course.
Table (2): Entering Student’s Information
Username You must use your HTU student ID as your username.
