SUB : Reply to Notice dated 01.02.2025

Under instructions from my client Shri. Tejas Reddy S/o Shri.A. Prathap Reddy
residing at #23, Venugopal Naidu street, Toll Bazar, Bellary - 583102 I hereby
cause this reply notice to your notice dated 01.02.2025 as under :

1. My client instructs me to state that, my client is a law abiding citizen and is

an employee of your company that is Finlight Research India Private Lim-
ited since last week of October, 2024. He was a considerate and respectful
employee, consistently maintaining a quiet demeanour and adhering to all
company’s rules and regulations.

2. My client instructs me to state that, the averments made in Paragraphs No. 1

and 2 need no reply.
3. My client instructs me to state that, The averment made in Paragraphs No.3
is partly true. It is false to accuse that my client had not been within reach.
My client had duly updated his absence and informed 1. Mrs/Miss Ankitha
(who hold the position the HR) and 2. Mr. Gaurav Gupta (who hold the posi-
tion of ASM) respectively.

4. My client instructs me to state that, during the first week of December, 2024
my client had a health issue and had to return to his native for better care and
nutritious home food diet, After completion of minimum 20+ working days.
Finally the day came when my client had to receive his salary for the num-
ber of days that my client had worked for, which was his right. Initially my
client was promised his pay and later denied the same stating very vague
reasons but, my client duly defended the issue but to his dismay your staff
failed to respond to my client in a proper and respectful manner. My client
tried to resolve the matter and exhaustive explanation from my client was
also given, but your company had failed to respond effectively.
5. My client instructs me to state that, the averment made in Paragraph No. 4
and 4 are utterly false and frivolous. My client had left every article in his
possession at his work desk provided by you in your office before leaving to
his hometown for above said reasons. It is not just and right to falsely accuse
my client of illegal possession of articles of your company. This shows the
cunning and condescending nature of your company towards an individual
who raises his voice for the due salary that he is entitled to and who raises
his voice against abuse of power and injustice.
6. My client instructs me to state that, my client being humble human being
wants to solve this matter amicably in the presence of neutral arbitrators.
7. My client instructs me to state that, if your company feels otherwise then my
client will be compelled to approach appropriate jurisdictional Labour court.

You are held liable to pay Rs 10,000/- as a cost of this legal notice.
