"Leadership is not about being in charge. It is about taking care of the charge.

Good Morning my dear friends
I am Srijan Sivaram of Grade XII, nominated for the Head boy of the student council.
Dear friends I am standing before you not to ask you to vote for me, I am here to convey
who is Srijan and what he will do if he is a head boy.
Our school is a majestic vessel, sailing upon the ocean of knowledge. Our teachers and staff
serve as our skilled crew, guiding us on this educational journey. As Head Boy, I aspire to be
the compass that directs us towards our shared vision of excellence. Friends, basically I am
a well-disciplined, well-mannered student and a courageous student awaiting challenges,
there is a saying in English that "Life is not a bed of roses" but according to me life is not a
bed of thorns too, I am a skilful guy to transform the thorns in my way, into fragrant flowers
which will take me to success.
The student council under my leadership will be more delightful and challenging. Now you
are the beautiful flowers given to me and it is my responsibility to make you have a joyful
school journey ahead.
Friends, I will strive to be a responsible and approachable leader. I promise to be available
to listen to your concerns and ideas. My door will always be open for any student who
seeks guidance or support. I will work diligently to represent your interests and be a voice
for positive change.
Fellow students, this election is not just about me; it is about us and the collective future
we envision for our school. Together, we can make a difference and shape our school into a
vibrant and inclusive community that nurtures our dreams and aspirations.
Remember, a butterfly does not soar alone; it soars with the collective strength of its
community. Together, we can create a school that is not just a place of learning, but a place
of transformation.
So, friends join hands with me to see the transformation and if you wish you want our
school campus as I mentioned above then,
The one option and the only option for you to bring the student council most delightfully is
to vote for the one standing before you.
At last, I would wish to end my speech by saying
"The power to change lies within you. Vote for the change, you desire for."
