Introduction
The internship was done at Usha Mittal Institute of Technology, under
the guidance of our university dean and Sumedh Pundkar Sir.
The organization focuses on empowering women through digital
solutions.
The Narishakti Project is a dream initiative of our university dean to
create a platform that supports women through counseling and
guidance sessions.
The project is based on a web portal developed using the MERN stack
(MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
It aims to serve as a booking and support system for women's
development initiatives.
OBJECTIVE OF INTERNSHIP
Understand and apply the MERN stack in real-world
development.
Gain experience in frontend and backend technologies.
Develop a booking system with login, session confirmation
Deliver a basic working portal to showcase Narishakti initiative.

Developed the Narishakti Portal using the MERN stack.

CONCLUSION
Integrity
The internship was a great learning experience, giving
exposure to both technical and soft skills.
Helped me understand how to work on real-world
problems and build solutions using web technologies.
Contributed significantly to my academic growth and
gave a clear direction toward a career in web
development.
