Topic 1:

In order to get full flow for loan application, the CEO decides to build a loan
originate system (LOS) in which banker agencies will introduce customer to
the system to get rewards. When the banker agency registers in the LOS
platform and They are provided with a unique referral code or link to track
their referrals. The banker agency approaches potential customers and
refers them to the LOS platform. The referred customers apply for a loan
using the unique referral code/link provided by the agency. During
registration, customer need to provide personal information such as:
Identification number, date of birth, relative forms, income, salary balances
and other insurance documents if have. The LOS team reviews the loan
application for basic eligibility criteria. If customer is under18 years, the loan
is rejected immediately. Otherwise the loan application is considered as the
application process and reward process of banker agency is counted.
The application goes through the underwriting process for further verification
and risk assessment in 3 steps as. Firstly, the legal team starts looking at the
uploaded documents and ensure that those documents are suitable and be
correct. If not they use LOS to let banker agency to inform customer to
update the documents. When document is completed and review, the second
step on risk department to review the document on LOS and check bad loan
in LOS. In order to have bad loan information, LOS need to connect with Data
center to get the information. Customer need to have bad loan in level 1 or 2
to get application process continue. In case of having bad loan in level 3,
customer need to prove other funds to repay. After having bad loan
information, risk department assign to strategy group to check the limit of
loan for customer.
If loan application is approved, the banker agency is notified of the
successful referral.

The Risk Department performs a bad loan status check for each customer.
The LOS platform connects with the Data Center to retrieve the customer’s

of additional funds to demonstrate repayment capability before continuing
with the loan application.

awaiting further action.
Application_Submitted The customer has submitted a loan application using the referral
code/link. The application is now under review by LOS.
Application_Approved The application is approved by LOS, triggering the reward
eligibility check for the banker agency.
Application_Rejected The loan application has been rejected by LOS, making the
referral ineligible for a reward.
Reward_Eligibility_Check LOS verifies if the referral qualifies for a reward based on
predefined criteria (e.g., successful application, valid referral).
Reward_Calculated The reward amount for the banker agency is calculated based on
the referral. This may depend on loan type, referral success, or
other criteria.
Reward_Granted The reward is granted to the banker agency, marking the
successful completion of the reward process.
Reward not granted The reward process ends without a reward being granted
because the loan application was rejected.
