constructed on this land is a national and A distance of 40 meters from the center of the road in relation to the State Highway and 25 meters from the center of the road in relation to the District

7. It should be ensured that the smoke, gas and other impurities of the industrial units to be set up in this land conversion land are effectively prevented and there is no harm to public health

Additional conditions

in the affidavit certificate is incorrect, this order is subject to the condition of cancellation as per rules.
4. Only till the Town Planning Authority/Village Panchayat/Development Authority/Competent Authority approves the layout plan maintained in the Land Software of the Revenue Department, the entire area of
converted land in Pahani under the Kalo Chita can be sold as a single unit without division. After approval of the layout plan by the Town Planning Authority or the Gram Panchayat or the concerned competent
authority, the remaining divided area may be sold as per the property id number given to the respective area except the area reserved for public purpose in the land conversion area. 5. This order is passed
on the basis of affidavit filed by the petitioner. In future, if this land falls under any land acquisition / forest range / eco sensitive zone and if it is found that a case has been registered in
any court on the land, this order shall be canceled without any notice and subject to all conditions as per the opinion given by the concerned authority.
