Course Overview and Expectations

Prerequisites:

Networking & C Programming

Tools: Able to connect to the universty Linux servers using VPN and utilize tools like GitHub and SFTP to upload files.

Labs / Designing solutions/Answering questions/Writing code/Demos

Course Goal

The ultimate goal of the course is to design and develop the network infrastructure needed to allow drones in an NxM grid (a specific
number of rows and columns) to communicate effectively with a base station.

Demos

All demos will be conducted in-class

Homework/Lab:

We have 7 Labs

We will be using Canvas and GitHub to hand in assignments.

Assignments will be posted early for review and work, and the teacher's explanation is recorded.

Exams: There are no exams

All Homework/Lab/assignments/Projects must include a Zoom session that provides a summary of the work
completed and an explanation of the main points. The price includes this session and is not charged
separately.

As always, there is no need to include the price for a Zoom session. I don’t require a detailed explanation—
just key points summarizing what has been completed and the general idea of the work.
