Heipdesk and onsite support/troubleshooting for repair and maintenance of AR VR Lab
hardware and software as per predefined SLAs for various problems/issues defined.

The Bidder willdefine Minor and Major Connectivity Problems/Issues along with SLAs
(Service level Agreement) to resolve those issues.
14.4 Scope of Work

The detailed scope of work for the BIDDER during the period of contract engagement would
include the following: -
14.4.1 Indicative AR VR Lab & Hardware Supply items

The BIDDER shallbe required to Install the AR VR Lab hardware and software at respective
elementary it is/officesof Uttar Pradesh. The List of the locations district wise is provided at
Schedule-B of this Tender document. Indicative ARVR Lab component list for each ITIs:

14.4.2 Installation, Integration and Commissioning of the AR VR Lab Project


Theselected BIDDER shall:
The BIDDER will be responsible for installation of AR VR Lab project components and will
make sure the same is up and in running condition.
b. The Hardware, Software and other ancillary devices to be provided by the respective
BIDDER for AR VR Lab, and the electricity provisioning would be provided by the
respective ITIAuthority and DTE Authority.
C. Service Configuration -required as per Schedule A, of this tender document.
d. The Supplier shall adhere to all the technical specification and other terms.
