drawee’s corresponding purchasing rate for the relevant وﻳﺘﺤﻤﻞ اﻟﻤﺴـــﺘﻔﻴﺪ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﺮﺳﻮم واﻟﻤﺼﺎرﻳﻒ. اﻟﻤﻄﺒﻖ ﻟﺪى اﻟﺒﻨﻚ اﻟﻤﺮاﺳـــﻞ

demand draft or return of the transfer, the value thereof shall not ﻗﻴﻤﺔ اﻟﺤﻮاﻟﺔ أو اﻟﺸـــﻴﻚ اﻟﻤﺼﺮﻓــــﻲ ﻟﻦ ﺗﺴـــﺘﺮد ﻣﺎ ﻟﻢ ﻳﺘﻢ اﺳـــﺘﻼم ﺗﺄﻛﻴﺪ ﻣﻦ
be refunded unless a confirmation has been received from the اﻟﻔﺮع أو اﻟﺒﻨﻚ اﻟﻤﺮاﺳـــﻞ ﺑﺄن اﻟﻤﺴﺘﻔﻴﺪ ﻟﻢ ﻳﺴﺘﻠﻢ ﻗﻴﻤﺔ اﻟﺸﻴﻚ اﻟﻤﺼﺮﻓــــﻲ أو
branch or the correspondent bank that the beneficiary has أو ﺗـــﻢ إﺑﻼﻏﻪ ﺑـــﺄن اﻟﻤﺒﻠﻎ اﻟﻤﻌﻨﻲ ﻗﺪ ﺗﻢ اﺳـــﺘﻼﻣﻪ ﻣـــﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ،اﻟﺤﻮاﻟـــﺔ

7. In the event of loss of the demand draft, the value thereof shall ﻓــــﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻓﻘﺪان اﻟﺸﻴﻚ اﻟﻤﺼﺮﻓــــﻲ ﻓﺈن ﻗﻴﻤﺘﻪ ﻟﻦ ﺗﺮد إﻟﻰ ﻣﻘﺪم اﻟﻄﻠﺐ أو .7
not be refunded to the applicant nor a replacement issued unless إﺻـــﺪار ﺷـــﻴﻚ ﺑﺪﻳـــﻞ ﻋﻨﻪ ﻣـــﺎ ﻟﻢ ﻳﺘﻢ اﺳـــﺘﻼم ﺗﺄﻛﻴﺪ إﻳﻘـــﺎف اﻟﺪﻓﻊ ﻣـــﻦ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ
a confirmation of Stop Payment is received from the drawee bank اﻟﻤﺴـــﺤﻮب ﻋﻠﻴـــﻪ واﺳـــﺘﻼم ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﺧﻄـــﻲ ﻣﻦ ﻣﻘـــﺪم اﻟﻄﻠﺐ ﺑﺘﻌﻮﻳـــﺾ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ
and written undertaking is received from the applicant to اﻟﺴـــﻌﻮدي اﻷول ﻋـــﻦ أي ﺧﺴـــﺎﺋﺮ أو ﻣﺼﺮوﻓـــﺎت ﻳﺘﻜﺒﺪﻫﺎ ﻧﺘﻴﺠـــﺔ ﻟﻔﻘﺪان ﻫﺬا
indemnify Saudi Awwal Bank for any losses or expenses incurred . اﻟﺸﻴﻚ اﻟﻤﺼﺮﻓـﻲ
due to such loss of the demand draft.
8. If the refund of the value of the transfer or demand draft is made إذا ﺗﻢ اﺳﺘﺮداد ﻗﻴﻤﺔ اﻟﺤﻮاﻟﺔ أو اﻟﺸﻴﻚ اﻟﻤﺼﺮﻓــــﻲ ﺑﺎﻟﻌﻤﻠﺔ اﻷﺟﻨﺒﻴﺔ ﻓﺈن دﻓﻊ .8

9. With regard to the issuance of a transfer, the customer bears all ﻓﻴﻤـــﺎ ﻳﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺈﺻـــﺪار اﻟﺤﻮاﻟﺔ ﻓﺈن اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ ﻳﺘﺤﻤﻞ ﻛﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﺮﺳـــﻮم واﻟﻤﺼﺮوﻓﺎت .9
fees and expenses determined by Saudi Awwal Bank, in addition اﻟﺘـــﻲ ﻳﻘﺮرﻫﺎ اﻟﺒﻨﻚ اﻟﺴـــﻌﻮدي اﻷول إﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﻟﻜﺎﻓﺔ اﻟﺮﺳـــﻮم اﻷﺧﺮى اﻟﻤﺘﺮﺗﺒﺔ
to all other fees resulting from inaccurate information obtained وﻳﺤـــﻖ ﻟﻠﺒﻨﻚ. ﻋﻠـــﻰ ﺗﺼﺤﻴـــﺢ اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻮﻣـــﺎت اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻢ اﻟﺤﺼـــﻮل ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ
from the customer. Saudi Awwal Bank is entitled to debit the اﻟﺴـــﻌﻮدي اﻷول ﺧﺼـــﻢ ﻫﺬه اﻟﺮﺳـــﻮم ﻣﻦ ﺣﺴـــﺎب اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ ﺑـــﺪون أي إﺧﻄﺎر
customer's account with such fees without prior notice. . ﻣﺴﺒﻖ
10. Transfer commissions and demand draft charges shall not be ﻟﻦ ﻳﺘﻢ إﻋﺎدة ﻋﻤﻮﻻت اﻟﺘﺤﻮﻳﻞ أو رﺳﻮم اﻟﺸﻴﻚ اﻟﻤﺼﺮﻓــــﻲ إﻟﻰ ﻣﻘﺪم اﻟﻄﻠﺐ.10

11. Note that the Kingdom’s rules prohibit remittance of funds if the اﻟﻌﻠـــﻢ ﺑﺄن أﻧﻈﻤـــﺔ اﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜﺔ ﺗﻤﻨﻊ ﺗﺤﻮﻳـــﻞ أﻣﻮال دون ﻣﻌﺮﻓـــﺔ اﻟﻌﻤﻴﻞ اﻟﻤﺤﻮل.11

12. Any returned remittance by the beneficiary's bank will be subject أي ﺣﻮاﻟـــﺔ ﻳﺘـــﻢ إرﺟﺎﻋﻬﺎ ﻣـــﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺑﻨﻚ اﻟﻤﺴـــﺘﻔﻴﺪ ﺗﻜﻮن ﺧﺎﺿﻌﺔ ﻷﺳـــﻌﺎر ﺻﺮف.12
to the Bank's prevailing currency exchange rates at the time of its ﻟﺬا ﻓﺈن اي ﺧﺴـــﺎﺋﺮ ﺗﺘﻌﻠﻖ،اﻟﻌﻤﻠـــﺔ اﻟﺴـــﺎﺋﺪة ﻟﺪى "اﻟﺒﻨﻚ" ﻓﻲ وﻗـــﺖ اﻹرﺟﺎع

14. The bank reserves the right to reject the transactions if the ﻳﺤﺘﻔـــﻆ اﻟﺒﻨـــﻚ ﺑﺤﻘﻪ ﻓﻲ رﻓـــﺾ اﺗﻤﺎم اﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺔ اذا ﻣﺎ ﻛﺎﻧـــﺖ اﻟﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎت اﻟﻤﻘﺪﻣﺔ.14

15. In so far as any point is not covered by the above terms and إذا ﻟـــﻢ ﺗﺘﻢ ﺗﻐﻄﻴﺔ أي ﻧﻘﻄﺔ ﺿﻤﻦ اﻟﺸـــﺮوط واﻷﺣﻜﺎم اﻟﻤﺬﻛﻮرة أﻋﻼه ﻓﻴﺠﺐ.15

16. Without prejudice to the provisions of the Saudi Value Added Tax ً
ﺗﻤﺎﺷـــﻴﺎ ﻣـــﻊ أﻧﻈﻤـــﺔ اﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜـــﺔ اﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﺔ اﻟﺴـــﻌﻮدﻳﺔ ﻓﻴﻤـــﺎ ﻳﺨﺺ ﺿﺮﻳﺒـــﺔ اﻟﻘﻴﻤﺔ .16
Law and its Implementing Regulations, the bank will charge a ﺳـــﻮف ﻳﻘـــﻮم اﻟﺒﻨـــﻚ ﺑﺘﺤﺼﻴﻞ ﺿﺮﻳﺒـــﺔ اﻟﻘﻴﻤﺔ، اﻟﻤﻀﺎﻓـــﺔ وﻟﻮاﺋﺤـــﻪ اﻟﺘﻨﻔﻴﺬﻳـــﺔ
Value Added Tax at the rates prevailing by the Saudi Government اﻟﻤﻀﺎﻓـــﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺴـــﻌﺮ اﻟﻤﺤﺪد ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ ﻫﻴﺌﺔ اﻟـــﺰﻛﺎة واﻟﺪﺧﻞ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻣﻦ وﻗﺖ ﻵﺧﺮ
