Class – VI – Session 2025-26
Dear Children,
Holiday Homework is assigned as a means to promote learning even when you are
away from school. The aim is not to burden you with enormous writing tasks, but to help
you engage in activities that foster your creativity along with your analytical, social, verbal
and research skills. Try to utilize your time in such a way that you are able to sharpen your
intellect as well as enjoy your vacations.

Instructions:
● Use appropriate notebooks, folders, or sheets as instructed by your teacher.
● Be original. Avoid copying from others.
● Add creativity to your projects (drawings, pictures, decorations, etc.)

Subject Home Work


ENGLISH 1. Prepare a pocket dictionary of at least 120 words (5 words of each
alphabet) with their meanings to enhance vocabulary. Design a
beautiful cover page of your dictionary and give a name to it.
Also make a bookmark for your dictionary and write a beautiful
thought on it.
2. Happiness is the best tonic. Write a short story based on this
