APPIDAVIT OF THE PETITIONER
I, [Link], Son of Jaganathan, aged about 41 years and working
at Palacode Panchayat Union, Dharmapuri District do hereby
solemnly affirm and sincerely state as follows.
1. I am the petitioner herein and as such well acquainted
with the facts of the case. I am competent to swear to this affidavit.
I am filing this affidavit on my own behalf and on behalf of another
petitioner as well.
2. It is submitted that we are working as Computer Operator
in 4th respondent office. The petitioner’s in this Writ Petition seek for
direction to the respondents to consider the claims of the
petitioner’s for regularization of service and pass appropriate orders
based on the [Link].878, Rural Development Department, dated
15.05.1981. I crave leave of this Hon’ble court to read the affidavit
filed in support of the above W.P as part and parcel of this affidavit.
3. I submit that having regard to identity of relief and
common cause of action, it is just and necessary to permit us to join
together in single Writ Petition failing which we would be put to
hardship.
It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to
permit the petitioners to join together and file a single writ petition
and thus render justice.
