Specifications: As per Quotation/Approved Material.
Partial Delivery:
Terms of Payment: By Cheque/Pay Order against the bill after getting approval from Quality Control/Respective Department.
Advance Payment: Not Applicable.
Terms of Delivery: Prompt after getting this formal purchase order. Delivery shall be affected as agreed in the contract.
Tolerance: Delivery Quantity should not exceed ±10% from the order quantity for each item if any, prior approval from concerned
person before delivery should be taken.
VAT and Tax: As per Government rules of Bangladesh.
Price is inclusive of all taxes. In case of VAT imposed, Original VAT Challan must be attached with delivery challan and a copy of the
VAT Challan to be attached with bill/invoice for payment.
One Copy of Purchase Order along with the Delivery Challan and Bill/Invoice is mandatory while bill submission.
Delivery must be made in good condition within the given delivery date and place.
Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Limited may impose late delivery penalty.
HPL hold the sole right to cancel any order or reject the goods any time without prior notice if any discrepancy found.
