CIP ACID
Concentrated acid detergent

PRODUCT CIP ACID is a concentrated acid detergent for treating process equipment after
DESCRIPTION cleaning with a caustic detergent.
CIP ACID removes milk stone, mineral deposits and build-ups.

PHYSICAL Physical Description: Clear colourless liquid


PROPERTIES pH (1%): < 2.0
Specific Gravity: 1.180

(MSDS) or product label.

TO USE Evaporator Cleaning:


1.5% KLENZ BRITE at 80ºC for 60 minutes
1.0% CIP ACID at 80ºC for 40 minutes

Process HTST:
1.0% KLENZ BRITE at 80ºC for 45 minutes
0.5% CIP ACID at 80ºC for 30 minutes
