Dear Mr. Alamin Khan,
We are pleased to offer you appointment in Dream Shop (DS) in the position of
Assistant Admin Officer under the following terms and conditions:

Terms & Conditions


1. Designation & Department
You are appointed as Assistant Admin Officer under the Admin Division
of Dream Shop.
2. Job Responsibilities
You will perform your duties as per the job description provided and follow the
instructions of the management.
3. Joining Date
You are required to join on or before [joining date to be filled].
4. Salary & Benefits
Your monthly consolidated gross salary will be Tk. 15,000/- (Taka Fifteen
Thousand Only).
In addition, you will be entitled to other benefits such as:
 Contributory Provident Fund (CPF) as per company policy and prevailing
law.
 Gratuity according to Bangladesh Labour Act.
 Health Insurance facility as per company policy.
5. Probationary Period
You will be on a probation period of 6 (six) months from the date of joining.
Upon satisfactory performance, your employment will be confirmed in writing.
6. Working Hours
Your normal working hours will be as per company rules, generally 8 (eight)
hours per day and 48 hours per week, with a weekly holiday on [day].
7. Leave Policy
You will be entitled to leaves as per the provisions of the Bangladesh Labour
Act 2006:
 Annual Leave: 1 day for every 18 days worked.
 Casual Leave: 10 days in a calendar year.
 Sick Leave: 14 days with half pay per year.
 Public Holidays: As per company declared holidays.
8. Termination & Notice Period
 During probation: Either party may terminate the contract with 7 days’
notice or salary in lieu thereof.
 After confirmation:
o You may resign with 1 (one) month’s notice or one month’s gross
salary in lieu thereof.
o The company may terminate your employment with 120 days' notice
or payment of 120 days’ basic salary in lieu thereof.
9. Code of Conduct & Discipline
You shall abide by the company’s Code of Ethics and conduct, and maintain
confidentiality of official information.
10.Document Verification
This appointment is subject to satisfactory reference check and verification of
your original documents and information provided in your application.
