DECLARTION

I,ABHISHEK S/O SH.SURINDER KUMAR R/O Vill.MAJHETLI


UPERLI PO PATHIAR Tehsil NAGRTA BAGWAN Distt.
KANGRA (HP) solemnly affirms and declares on oath as
under:-
1. My family does not belong to creamy layer as per latest notification and
eligible to get OBC certificate.
2. None of my family member holds constitutional post.
3. None of my family member holds class I & II post, equivalent in public
sector undertaking and armed force and Para military force.
4. NO govt employ.
5. My MOTHER is house wife.
6. My family is not engaged in trade and industry, professional class and
property owners.
7. My family is not covered under agriculture holding planting building in
urban areas.
8. My family is not covered under Income and Wealth Tax Act.
9. That I belong to GHIRATH Caste which comes under under the category
of OBC.
10.That none of my family is in International Organization.
11.That my family income from all sources as under :-

A) Agriculture Land Rs. 5100/-


B) Other sources Rs. 50,000/-

Total Rs55,100/-

Declaration: - DEPONENT

I, the above named deponent, further affirm and verify that the contents of
above statement made by me in my affidavit is true and correct to the best of
my knowledge and belief and nothing has been concealed there form. If the
certificate issued is found to be incorrect, the same is treated as concealed.
