3. I have been clearly told and I understand the rule of D Y Patil Deemed to be
University that the University DOES NOT TAKE DONATIONS/CAPITATION in any
form for securing admission in the University.

4. I hereby agree that I have not paid any donation/capitation in any form to the
Centralised Admissions Office of the D Y Patil Deemed to be University in order
to take admission in the course of being
offered by the University.

5. I solemnly affirm and declare each and every thing stated above true and
binding.
