UNDERGRADUATE ADMISSION - 2024/2025 ACADEMIC YEAR

We are pleased to offer you admission to the University of Professional Studies, Accra to pursue a two (2)-year DIPLOMA IN PUBLIC
RELATIONS programme with effect from the 2024/2025 academic year as follows:

1. You are admitted to Level 100 and your session is Regular.

2. Your Index Number is: 10325879 and email address is: 10325879@upsamail.edu.gh. The password is: UPSA2013.

3. You will be affiliated to the Mandela Hall.

4. The commencement of the 2024/2025 academic year for the Level 100 students and related activities are stated in paragraph 5.

5. You are required to register on-line before the deadline for registration. The procedure for registration is outlined in the Guidelines
for Fresh Registration Students which is downloadable with this admission letter or available on the University website
(www.upsa.edu.gh). Registration of Undergraduate (Level 100) students starts on Monday, 16th December, 2024, and ends on
Saturday, 1st February, 2025. You must also participate in a compulsory programme of orientation for fresh students from
Monday, 27th January, 2025 to Saturday, 1st February, 2025. Teaching will begin on Monday, 3rd February, 2025. The
mode of instruction will be both in-person and virtual. Accordingly, you are advised to own a laptop.

6. This offer is based on the available information that you have satisfied the entry requirements for the above programme of study.
You will be summarily dismissed from the university should you be found deficient in the entry requirements or if the information
provided is found to be false during your study.

7. Furthermore, you are required to be in good standing for the entire duration of your programme of study. You may be dismissed or
withdrawn from the University for gross-misconduct or unsatisfactory academic work pursuant to the statutes of the University.

8. You must undergo a medical examination at the University's Clinic to determine your medical fitness. In that regard, you will be
requested to take a chest X-ray at the UPSA X-Ray Unit.

9. You are to conform to the formal dress code for Monday except for the Law students who have their separate dress code.

10. Please confirm your acceptance of our offer by paying an initial NON-REFUNDABLE PROVISIONAL fee of GH¢ 2210.00,
which constitutes 50% of fees for one academic year. In addition, you will be required to pay miscellaneous charges of
GH¢660.00 that covers medical screening, sports levy, SRC, Hall affiliation dues etc. Payment should be made into the following
account: Access Bank Ltd -UPSA Fees Collection Account. Ensure that your ID number is quoted on the pay-in-slip. The deadline
for payment is Friday, 24th January 2025.

11. In accepting this offer, you are required to fully comply with all the directives given in the Guidelines for Fresh Students. Failure
to comply shall lead to the revocation or forfeiture of your admission.
