Greetings from RM Fraternity!
This is to inform you that we have initiated the portfolio process for all Students as part
of their academic and co-scholastic record-keeping. We are sharing portfolio format with
you kindly acknowledge.
Instructions for Submission:
Students must take a colored printout of the shared portfolio PDF.
Attach passport-size photographs as required in the document.
Transparent leaf document file with maximum 50 pages along with coloured A4
sheets packet.
Submission Date: 11th July, 2025 (Bring attached print out during submission of
Holiday Homework)
Why is the Portfolio Important?
As proof portfolio serves as a structured record of a student’s overall development
throughout the academic year. It includes achievements, academic progress, participation
in various activities, and skill-based evidence. This portfolio is:
A personal learning archive that helps students reflect on their growth.
A tool for teachers to assess student progress in both scholastic and co-scholastic
areas.
A reference for parent-teacher meetings, assessments, and school records.
Essential documentation as per CBSE guidelines for maintaining holistic student
profiles.
Note: We request all students and parents to treat this submission with importance and
ensure that the required documents are prepared and submitted on time.
