STUDENT PROJECT SCHEME (SPS) 2025 - 2026
Applications are invited from final year UG (Engineering), PG (Sciences) and
PG (Professional Course) students in sectors such as Agricultural / Biology /
Environment / Medical / Physical / Social / Veterinary / Chemical Science &
Engineering / Computer Science & I.T / ECE & EEE/ Civil Engineering / Mechanical
Engineering & Mechatronics)
Last date for Online Submission is 29.08.2025 till 5:00 PM.
One Hard copy of your original application has to reach the
Council on or before 01.09.2025 @ 5:00 PM
SPS PROJECT PROPOSAL SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Download and prepare the project proposal as per the SPS Application Format available on the
TNSCST website.
Each project team can include a maximum of 4 students. Only one proposal per team is
permitted. Additional submissions from the same team members will lead to disqualification.
The Project Guide is solely responsible for filling out and submitting the official Google Form for
the project proposal:

The following documents must be compiled into a single PDF and uploaded through the Google
Form:
a. Project proposal with attestation from the Project Guide, Head of the Department, and
Head of the Institution
b. Scanned copy of the Declaration and Endorsement from the Head of the Institution
The original hard copy (one)of the uploaded proposal must be sent to “The Member Secretary,
Tamil Nadu State Council for Science and Technology, DOTE Campus, Chennai -600025" on or
before 01.09.2025.
The Details of SPS Coordinator (To be identified by the Head of the Institution. The project
proposals must be submitted to TNSCST through SPS coordinator designated) is mandatory for
the submission of the proposal.
Any mismatch between the scanned PDF, the details filled in the Google Form and the hard
copy as well as multiple submissions via the Google Form will lead to disqualification of the
proposal.
While sending the hard copy, ensure that the cover page is retained as the first page without
any changes to its format, and only the red-highlighted fields are filled-in by the applicant.
