BMORE STREAMING HOUSE AGREEMENT
This Streaming House Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as
of June 2,2025 by and between:
• Lore Bre / BooWop & corporation with its principal place of
business at [Address], hereinafter referred to as the “Host”,AND
• [Resident Name], residing at [Resident’s Permanent Address],
hereinafter referred to as the “Resident”.
Together referred to as the “Parties.”
1. PURPOSE
The Host has established a residence at [Streaming House Address] for the
purpose of content creation, collaboration, brand development, and
monetization of media content (“Streaming House”). The Resident is being
granted temporary housing and collaborative opportunity for participation
in this venture, subject to the terms below.
2. TERM & OCCUPANCY
• Initial Term: The term of this Agreement shall begin on July
14,2025 and end on July 18, 2025 unless terminated earlier under this
Agreement.
• Renewal: The Agreement may be renewed upon mutual written
agreement.
• Early Termination: Either party may terminate with 24hr
written notice unless otherwise stated herein.
3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF RESIDENT
Resident agrees to the following:
a. Content Requirements
• Create a minimum of [24] hours of content daily for individual
and/or collaborative distribution.
• Appear in house-wide events, promotional shoots, and team
content as scheduled by the Host (reasonable notice will be given).
• Collaborate respectfully with other Residents as coordinated.
b. Conduct
• Maintain a professional demeanor on and off camera.
• No illegal substances, underage drinking, or illegal streaming
behavior.
• Respect privacy, intellectual property, and personal
boundaries of all housemates.
• Harassment, discrimination, or toxic behavior may result in
immediate termination.
4. HOST RESPONSIBILITIES
The Host agrees to provide:
• A private/shared furnished room at [Streaming House Address].
• Utilities, high-speed internet, basic maintenance, and shared
living amenities.
• A safe and collaborative content creation environment.
• Access to equipment as defined in Schedule A.
• [Optional] Management or promotion services (social media,
partnerships, brand deals).
5. COMPENSATION, COSTS & REVENUE SHARING
a. Rent & Expenses
The cost for the Airbnb will split amongst each attending host Which is
due on the by June 11th

• Security Deposit: $331
b. Revenue and Sponsorships
• Personal Revenue: Resident keeps 100% of ad revenue and
personal sponsorships not involving house branding.
• Group Content: Revenue generated from group content will be
shared by tagging and supporting each other brands etc.
• Host-Secured Deals: If the Host negotiates brand deals for the
Resident:
• Host receives: [e.g., 20% of total revenue or flat fee]
• Resident receives: [e.g., 80% or negotiated share]
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
• Resident Content: Remains the intellectual property of the
Resident, unless created for house-branded channels.
• Group/House Content: Owned jointly by the Host and all
participants or as otherwise
• Use of Name/Likeness: Resident grants the Host a non-exclusive
license to use their name, image, and likeness in marketing related to
house content and collaborations. [ As scheduled B]
7. RULES & POLICIES
Residents must follow House Rules (attached as Schedule C), which include:
• Quiet hours
• Guest policies
• Substance rules
• Equipment and studio usage which you’ll bring your own
equipment.
Violation of house rules may result in warnings, fines, or termination.
8. LIABILITY & INSURANCE
• Resident is responsible for insuring their personal property.
• Host is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages incurred
unless due to gross negligence.
• Any damage to the property caused by the Resident will be
• billed IMMEDIATELY !!.
9. TERMINATION
a. Voluntary Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 2 days written notice.
b. Immediate Termination
Grounds for immediate termination include but are not limited to:
• Violation of law
• Harassment or abuse
• Major damage to the property
• Failure to meet content obligations for [e.g., 2 consecutive
weeks]
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
Resident agrees not to disclose any non-public business strategies,
financials, or private information about other Residents, sponsors, or the
Host.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved first through
mediation. If unresolved, the matter will be subject to binding
arbitration in the state of Maryland.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties.
No other verbal or written agreement shall be considered binding unless
signed by both parties.
13. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of the State of Maryland.
