At first,I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all those who have
helped me complete this project successfully.
I am extremely thankful to my project guide, , my teacher, for invaluable
guidance, encouragement and support throughout this project. He
provided me direction, reviewed my progress and results, and helped me
clarify my doubts. I sincerely appreciate the time and effort he put into
supervising my project.

Secondly,I am grateful to ‘The school of Hotel Mangement And Tourism


Institute’ for providing us the resources and facilities regarding our
faculties to enable our project work be sucessful.They have given their
utmost efforts to uplift our knowledge regarding each and every hotel
