Flow of the Program

 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Graduation Ceremony of Sirawan Beach Elementary
School for S.Y. 2022 – 2023
 Everybody is requested to stand for the entrance of the colours

Processional
 The processional march! Let us all welcome, the Candidates for Graduation with their parents.

Philippine National Anthem


 Please remain standing and put our right hand over our heart for the singing of Philippine National
anthem to be led by Mrs. Susan A. Valmores.

Presentation of Candidates
 You may now take your seats. And now the most significant moment in every graduation
ceremony has come. May we call on Mr. Randy W. Fernandez, our School Head for the
presentation of candidates for graduation. This is to be followed by the acceptance by our Public
Schools District Supervisor, Mr. Ismael L. Segundo, and the confirmation that is On behalf of the
schools division superintendent, Mr. Rommel L. Tambis will do the honor.

Message
 Thank you very much. We are now about to hear a special message from our schools division
superintendent,Mr. Reynante A. Solitario, CESO VI represented by an equally important person of
the division office of Davao City, Let us all welcome once again, Mr. Rommel L. Tambis. A warm
round of applause.

Distribution of Certificates
 Today marks another milestone in our graduates’ academic journey. At this juncture, the graduates
will receive their certificates of graduation. With this, may we invite Sir ____________ topresent
the diplomas andtobe assisted by __________________.

Graduation Song
 In every memorable moment of one’s life, there are always songs that will embody inferred
emotions. With a round of applause, let us welcome the graduates for their graduation song.

Awarding of Academic Excellence Award


 And now, we are also gathered to pay recognitions to the ones who have done very well and have
been perseverant in their studies. May we request once more our _____________ to give the
award to the outstanding graduates/completers to be assisted by ______________

Pledge of Loyalty
 As a rite of passage, our graduates will now declare their Pledge of Loyalty to their Alma Mater, led
by Mishael R. Gawan.

 We would like to request everyone to please stand for the exit of School Administrators, Guests,
and Officials. Thank you. Ladies and gentlemen, the Recessional....
Tribute Song
 And now ladies and gentlemen, let us all gather together as we are about to witness our dear
graduates who pay homage to their parents for all the sacrifices and love shown to them. Let’s
give them a round of applause for their tribute song.
