INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE

1. Conversion of the kitchen based on the type of gas:

a) Replacement of the injector for the worktop burners:

Disconnect the kitchen from the electrical power supply and close the gas shut-off valve.
ii) Lift the glass lid to the vertical position. In this position, you can remove the lid.
pulling up.
iii) Remove the upper grilles, bronze burner covers, and aluminum burners.
iv) Remove the screws adjacent to the previous burners, and those of the hinges of the
countertop (in the back of the kitchen) with a Philips screwdriver. Remove the countertop.
v) Remove the crossbar that is above the taps by unscrewing the screws that hold it.

vi) Push the connection pipes forward so that the taps are in place.
discovered
vii) Remove the injector by unscrewing it with a 7mm wrench
viii Fix by screwing in the new injector, suitable for the type of gas according to the table on page 18.

b) Replacement of the burner injector in the oven:

i) Remove the bottom plate of the oven that separates the oven from the burner.
ii) Remove screw D (fig.28), pull the oven burner out by pushing it forward.
Using a 7 mm key, unscrew the injector.
iv) Replace the injector with another suitable diameter for the gas used (see table page 18)
v) Control the perfect seal of the injector
vi) Remount the cited pieces paying attention, before fully tightening the
screw D (fig.28), to adjust the primary air (see point 3)

2. Regulation of the air for the burners on the work surface:

In the event that the specific conditions of the locally supplied natural gas do not allow for a proper
regulation of the air-gas mixture of the burners on the work surface, loosen the screw B (fig. 25) and move the
small tube C forward or backward. Once the adjustment is finished, secure the tube by readjusting screw B.
The flame is considered properly regulated when it appears tense and blue.

3. Burner air regulation of the oven:

22
Before adjusting screw D (fig. 28), adjust the primary air by moving the burner forward or backward.

4. Regulation of the minimum for the worktop burners:

The gas supply is correct when the hottest part of the flame reaches a length of
approximately 4 mm, with reduced flow. The regulation must be done with the H key (fig.27) until the
top, that is to say with the selector at minimum. To access the minimum screw of the keys, it is necessary to remove the

minimum.

5. Regulation of the burner minimum with thermostat:

Remove the bottom of the oven, turn the burner to maximum (selector in max position), close the door of the
oven and wait 10 minutes. Remove the selector and unscrew the minimum screw located on the
key/thermostat. Reassemble the selector and turn it to the minimum position. Remove the selector and adjust the screw.
from the minimum until obtaining a reduced but stable flame, even with abrupt transitions from maximum to minimum and
with quick door closures (see figure 31).
NOTE: This regulation applies only to burners operating with natural gas, while
For packaged gas, the thermostat's minimum screw and the valve must be locked tightly.

6. Disassembly of the oven door: see figure 18 bis

Fully open the door, insert the lower hinge hook into its arm. Finally
close the door only halfway and remove it. To assemble it, proceed in reverse.
