Other Terms and Condition:
(a) The quality conformance certificate of supplied metals should be provided along with invoice/packing list.
(b) Supplier shall provide Material Test Certificate/Inspection Report/ Surface Treatment COC of
Supplier to Jaraa Global Engineering Pvt. Ltd prior to delivery of Material Each material group or
lot/ batch shall be packed separately in a package fitting the item, in order to preserve products
serviceability and to avoid mechanical impact or humidity or dust damage.
(c) Applicable documents shall be inserted into the package and copy shall be attached to the
exterior of the package.
(d) The supplier shall notify Jaraa Global Engineering Pvt. Ltd of any non-conformances found. This
includes any non-conformances detected after delivery of the product.
If the supplier supplies non-conforming materials/products, Jaraa Global Engineering Pvt.Ltd
may in its sole discretion and at supplier's expense
a. Return the material/ product for credit or refund (may deduct whole amount or
part of raw material cost and the cost of previous operations)
b. Reject the material at the time of delivery
c. Require supplier to promptly correct or replace the materials
d. Correct or re work the material
e. Obtain replacement materials from another source and change supplier for all
additional costs of acquiring
(e) The Supplier shall maintain all records that provide objective evidence of compliance Jaraa
Global Engineering Pvt.Ltd contract requirements for a minimum of two(1) years after the last
delivery of products on the contract. These requirements are applicable to records generated by
supplier's sub-tier sources.
