Java Developer
Role Description
We are looking for engineers who are passionate and ready to tackle some of the most
meaningful problems in the recruitment space - from building a gamified engagement platform
for employees, to designing an amazing candidate experience, to bridging the gap between old
and new ways to send out offer letters. You may be involved in creating infrastructure that
processes millions of workflow messages from disparate external systems. You could also build
a next generation recruiter experience where AI is a companion at each step in the workflow.
Java Developer Intern:
Responsibilities:
● Work in an Agile environment to translate designs & wireframes into high-quality
code
● Develop and enhance new product features, including integration with external
systems
● Write well-designed, reusable, and efficient code by using best practices in software
development.
● Create and maintain unit test cases and software documentation
● Extensively use AI tools to speed up each development task, but make sure that
ownership of the quality and output is still yours. Master the art of using AI correctly
to deliver faster and better.
● Collaborate with senior leaders and other team members on assignments

Internship for Quality Assurance Engineer
We look for Quality Assurance (QA) engineers who are passionate and ready to help us tackle
some of the most meaningful problems in the recruitment space, from helping build a gamified
engagement platform for employees to designing a next-generation candidate experience to
bridging the gap between old and new ways to send out an offer letter.
Skills:
● Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
● Attention to details
● Strong database fundamentals.
● hands-on and good at SQL query writing. Mainly usage of joins, SQL clauses,
and
agregate functions.
● Good communication skills
● Self-learner mindset – ability to quickly pick up new tools, technologies, and
processes
● Awareness of AI concepts (e.g., AI-based features, automation, bias testing)
or willingness to explore and learn AI-driven testing areas
Roles and Responsibilities
● Functional and non-functional Functional Testing.
● Learning and mastering use of tools and softwares like Jira, Rally, Postman for
API testing, JMeter for Performance Testing, Burp Proxy for Security Testing,
CloudQA for Automation Testing.
● Following Quality Assurance Process to maintain bug free feature release.
