**Contract for Shopify Store Management**
**This Contract** is made and entered into on [13/122024] by and between:
1. **Party A (Store Owner):** [Hashir Javed, Muzamil Qureshi
/Business Name Cartkos.com]
2. **Party B (Management Team):** Palwasha Javed
**Whereas:**
- Party A owns and operates a Shopify store specializing in international dropshipping.
- Party B agrees to manage the Shopify store on an A to Z basis, including all
operations such as store management, marketing, social media management, and
any other necessary activities for its success.
- Both parties wish to establish a professional relationship with terms and
conditions outlined in this agreement.
**Now, Therefore, It Is Agreed As Follows:**
### **1. Scope of Work**
Party B agrees to manage Party A’s Shopify store comprehensively, which includes
but is not limited to:
1. Product research and listing.
2. Inventory management.
3. Order fulfillment and supplier coordination.
4. Marketing strategies and implementation (e.g., social media ads, email campaigns).
4. Customer support and dispute resolution.
5. Reporting performance metrics and updates to Party A regularly.
6. Social Media Mangement
### **2. Profit Sharing**
1. Party A will receive **80% of the net profit** generated from the Shopify store.
2. Party B will receive **20% of the net profit** as their share for managing the store.
3. Payments will be distributed on a monthly basis, and profit calculations will be
based on net earnings after deducting all operational expenses.
### **3. Contract Duration**
1. This contract shall remain in effect for **1 year** from the date of signing.
2. Either party may terminate the contract with a **3-month prior written notice**.
### **4. Business Sale and Profit Sharing**
1. In the event Party A decides to sell or flip the Shopify store or its running
business after **1 to 2 years**, Party B will receive **2% of the profit** from
the sale as a bonus for their contribution.
### **5. Performance Standards**
1. Party B guarantees results aligned with the strategy and expectations
communicated to Party A prior to this agreement.
2. If Party B fails to deliver results as promised and documented, Party A reserves
the right to terminate the contract after providing Party B with written notice and
sufficient opportunity to improve performance.
### **6. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure**
1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and
sensitive information shared during the course of this contract.
2. Party B will not disclose or use any data related to the Shopify store for
personal gain or external projects without prior written consent from Party A.
### **7. Miscellaneous**
1. Any amendments to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
2. This agreement is governed by the laws of [
