HOW TO FILL UP THE FORM
Please read the conditions of eligibility appearing in the Examination to ensure that you fulfill the eligibility criteria to appear in this examination, namely age, educational qualification, physical standards etc as on the crucial date. The Application Form may be filled up either in English, while taking care that the entries are either all in English. The numerals should be in Roman numeral form. Please fill up the Application Form with a ballpoint or ink pen (using black/blue ink) in good handwriting to facilitate error-free data processing by the AICTEF. Any alterations must be carried out by neatly scoring the inappropriate entry & writing the appropriate entry on the side/nearby while attesting such alterations. Please do not over-write/apply fluid/paste any paper over any in-appropriate entry. Please do not write more than one alphabet/numeral in one box. Please put your signatures at the places mentioned, in identical fashion so as to avoid any suspicion of impersonation. The AICTEF will not be responsible for any postal delay or deficiencies. Please ensure that your Application Form reaches the AICTEF clearly before the last date. You may prefer to submit your Application Form in person (for which a signed receipt is given immediately), or by Speed post, or by some reputed Courier, or by Registered Post or by UPC (under certificate of posting) or by Ordinary Post. It is clarified that unless your Application Form reaches the AICTEF by the last date, you stand to lose your candidature. Hence in your own interest please choose a mode of transmission which in your judgement is the most effective & reliable.

F F F F F F F F F F It does not reach the AICTEF's office by the closing date & time. You give incomplete / incorrect information or misrepresent facts. You do not enclose the necessary fee, when due, or enclose less than the prescribed fee or you make payment of fee by any mode. You do not sign in the given space or the Declaration at the end of the form, or sign in capital letters wherever your signature is required. You do not paste a photograph (or paste a bad quality photograph) in the Application Form. You are underage or overage. You send multiple Application Forms to the same office or to different offices of the AICTEF. You do not enclose the certificate for proof of age, namely High School or equivalent certificate. You do not enclose the certificate for being educationally qualified, nor give proof that you are appearing in theexamination which will make you eligible for this examination before the prescribed date. You do not enclose the community certificate or certificate for being Physically Handicapped or certificate/ undertaking meant for ex-servicemen or certificate from the Head of Office/Department/Ministry for Departmental Candidates, if you claim any related concession. You do not write the "Declaration by all Candidates" on the Application Form in your own handwriting.

Candidate must be 10th passed for DST course & 10+2 passed for ADST course. Examination form fees is only Rs. 250/- and candidates can collect the forms by their Block Officer (B.O.)/A.B.O. / Office and will have to submit same place. Only one member of family can be apply. All questions will be objective type. There will be negative marking which ratio will be 1/3. Candidate will have to submit two snaps and two I.D. proof for residence proof of their Block. Information about examination date and examination centre send to candidate by post/Mob. Study Centre will be available at District Head quarter for the selected candidates. Computer course provide by All India ComputerTraining & Education Foundation. Only 40 free/non-paid seats are available in the their District. Only selected candidates get the free of cost Computer course. The course provide by All India ComputerTraining & Education Foundation is period of 18 months. To be apprentice of 6 months must be compulsory with All India ComputerTraining & Education Foundation. In this period All India ComputerTraining & Education Foundation will provide the experience certificate and salary also. If any candidate will leave the company in apprentice then he will have to submit Rs. 20,000/ - as a syllabus fees money selected by company. Syllabus will be provide free of cost by the All India ComputerTraining & Education Foundation for the 40 Selected candidates. Only that candidates get the admission by Management sheet who had participation in entrance exam. All laws are secure with All India ComputerTraining & Education Foundation.
